Working conditions of DC circuit breaker
- The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
- The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 ℃ and not lower than -5 ℃; And the 24-hour average value shall not exceed +35 ℃ (except for special orders)
- The relative humidity of the air at the installation site The maximum temperature of +40 ℃ shall not exceed 50 [%], and higher relative humidity can be allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90 [%] at 2O ℃. Special measures should be taken for the occasional condensation caused by dry temperature changes.
- There is no explosive medium in the air, and there is no gas and conductive dust that can corrode metals and destroy insulation.
- A place free from rain and snow.
- The pollution level is level 3.
- Installation category: the installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is III, and the installation category of the auxiliary circuit and control circuit not connected to the main circuit is II.
Wiring mode of DC circuit breaker
- Wiring behind the board. The advantage of wiring behind the board is that when maintaining the DC circuit breaker, it only needs to disconnect the previous power supply without rewiring. This kind of structure is relatively special, and it is equipped with special installation plates and screws. During installation, it must be installed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's requirements to avoid affecting the normal use of the circuit breaker.
- Plug in wiring. The advantage of plug-in wiring is that when the circuit breaker needs to be replaced, just pull out the old circuit breaker and replace it with a new one. The operation is faster and more convenient than that in front of and behind the board. When using this method to install, ensure that the plug is securely fastened, so as to reduce contact resistance and improve safety and reliability.
- Drawer-type wiring. The entry and exit drawers of DC circuit breakers and other products are completed by rolling the rocker clockwise or counterclockwise, and the stab in structure should be selected on the main and secondary circuits. In this way, one machine can be used for both purposes, which not only saves the use cost but also has great advantages in the fast operation and update protection.
